Most providers shape and share the capacity they sell, which is the part nobody explains on the invoice: a 1 Gbps line contended 1:10 is a gigabit you queue for. Fire-IT moved them onto a dedicated 1:1 line, unshaped, delivered from our own rack in Cape Town. They moved 75 TB the following month.
